Artwork Collection Policy

To preserve the integrity and beauty of your resin artwork, each piece requires 24–48 hours to cure completely before it can be safely handled or released from the studio.

Collection Notification

You will receive a personalized email within 2 days confirming that your artwork is ready for collection.

Courtesy Reminder

If your artwork has not been collected within 7 days, we will send a courtesy reminder.

After Two Weeks

Artwork remaining in the studio for more than 2 weeks may be carefully packaged and shipped at your expense or hand-delivered locally for an additional delivery fee, when available.

If we do not receive a response after our collection notifications and your artwork remains unclaimed, we reserve the right to donate or responsibly dispose of the artwork after a reasonable holding period. This policy allows us to maintain a welcoming and organized creative space for all of our guests.

We are honored to share this creative experience with you and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for helping us care for your artwork from creation to collection.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and strive to make our cancellation policy both fair and accommodating.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials, seating, and studio preparations have already been reserved specifically for your experience.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest with advance notice.

  • If we are required to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future workshop.

Thank you for understanding that our workshops are thoughtfully prepared with limited seating and curated materials to create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Apparel Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Please review our return policy below.

Non-Custom Apparel

Non-custom apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Custom Apparel

Because each custom garment is created specifically for you, all custom apparel sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

The exception is if the finished product contains an error that does not match the pre-approved proof provided before production. In this case, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly remake the item or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

We encourage all customers to carefully review and approve their proofs before production begins, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and design placement. Once a proof has been approved, we are unable to accept responsibility for customer-approved errors.

Resin Class Disclaimer

Your safety and comfort are important to us. This class uses ArtResin®, which is certified non-toxic, produces no VOCs or harmful fumes during normal use, and is food-safe once fully cured.

While ArtResin is formulated to be safer than many other epoxy resins, some individuals may still experience sensitivity or an allergic reaction from skin contact, prolonged exposure, or individual chemical sensitivities. If you have known allergies, respiratory sensitivities, asthma, or are concerned about a possible reaction, we recommend consulting your physician before attending.

For your comfort, you are welcome to bring and wear a NIOSH-certified respirator if you are sensitive to odors or prefer additional respiratory protection. We also recommend wearing the gloves provided and avoiding direct skin contact with uncured resin.

By participating in this class, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with working with epoxy resin and agree to participate at your own discretion. If you experience any discomfort during the class, please notify the instructor immediately.

Workshop Privacy Policy

Your privacy and comfort are important to us. We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring environment for every guest.

  • Any personal information you provide during registration, including your name, email address, and phone number, will be used solely for workshop communications, order updates, and customer service. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

  • During workshops, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken to capture the creative experience for our website and social media. We will always respect the privacy of our guests. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please let your instructor know before the workshop begins, and we will gladly accommodate your request.

  • We ask all participants to respect the privacy of fellow guests. Please obtain permission before taking or sharing photos or videos that clearly feature another participant or their artwork.

  • Conversations shared during workshops, especially those offered as therapeutic or wellness-inspired experiences, should be treated with respect and confidentiality. We encourage all guests to help create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

Drawing from over four decades of experience in the arts, wellness, and business, she has created a signature workshop experience that is as restorative as it is inspiring.

Every class is thoughtfully designed to offer more than creativity—it's an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and create in a beautiful, welcoming space. Karen believes art has the power to quiet the mind, restore the spirit, and transform ordinary moments into lasting memories.
