A. Freedom by Design is an embroidery, laser and resin business that offers custom and ready to ship items. We specialize in creating unique merchandise that expresses your style and personality. We specialize in multiple modalities which gives us freedom in creativity. I love helping others discover that same freedom, whether it's through designing a custom shirt or creating a unique laser-engraved piece, our team is committed to helping you achieve your creative dreams.

Q. How long does it take to receive a custom order from Freedom by Design?
A. Custom orders ship within 4 weeks of the order date. We require a 50% deposit for all custom orders and do not accept returns on these items.

Q. What is the return policy for ready to ship items?
A. Ready to ship items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
